Food is essential to our life.
Food is our common ground, a universal experience. Food is needed by the human body for energy, to repair and build cells and to prevent sickness and heal from it.
And yes, it is my favorite part of life. 😉 If you would ask me, well here’s a list of some of the foods that I really love:
- Sinigang (Pork Stew)
- Beef with Mushroom
- Bicol Express
If you would notice, I’m not really into seafood’s dishes. Also, I’m not too good in cooking. Hehe. Anyway, here are some tips that I can share with you regarding food:
- Buy it with thought.
- Cook it with care.
- Serve just enough.
- Save what will keep.
- Don’t waste it.
